We performed the exterior upfit and municipal upgrades for this renovated apartment building. We installed a new 2″ HDPE water line, installed a flagstone walkway, and stairs to the front entrance. We also reset the existing marble walkway, installed a new parking area and resurfaced the existing driveway.
